  • Placing an Order

    At Beetronics you can order via our website, by email or by phone.

    Website

    You can easily place an order through the website by adding the desired products to your shopping cart and completing the checkout process. Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. Orders are generally processed the same business day or the next, depending on when the order is placed and your chosen payment method.

    E-mail

    You can also place an order by sending your purchase order to info@beetronics.eu. During office hours, orders are processed within about two hours and confirmed by email. Most orders are shipped the same business day or the following business day.

    Phone

    It is also possible to place an order by phone. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and can be reached at +31 20 24 46 365.. When you call, you’ll be connected directly with a representative, without phone menus or hold times. We’ll review your order together and send a confirmation by email.

  • Request a Quote

    You can request a quote for a single order, a larger project, or an estimated annual volume. Resellers are welcome to contact us for reseller terms, and businesses that regularly purchase the same products may qualify for fixed pricing agreements on repeat orders.

    Quotes can be requested through our quote page, by emailing info@beetronics.eu, or by calling us at +31 20 24 46 365. During office hours, we typically provide a tailored proposal within two hours.

  • Payment Methods

    Beetronics supports various payment methods, depending on the country where the payment account is located. There are no additional fees for any of the payment methods. Below is an overview of the available options and their terms and conditions.

    Credit Card

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. Payments are processed securely and confirmed immediately, ensuring your order is processed without delay. Both personal and business credit cards are supported.

    PayPal

    Payments via PayPal are processed through your PayPal account. Transactions are handled securely within the PayPal environment and confirmed immediately, allowing your order to be processed without delay.

    Bank Transfer

    After placing your order, you may transfer the outstanding amount to the Beetronics bank account. Always include your order number with the payment and allow one to three business days for processing. Once payment is received, your order will be processed immediately.

    On Account

    For business customers and regular clients, ordering on account is available upon approval. The order is processed immediately, and the invoice is sent as a PDF via email. The standard payment term is 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

  • Download Invoices

    Invoices are sent by email as a PDF by default. Upon request, invoices can also be delivered through a purchasing portal or via e-invoicing. If you have created an account, you can download your invoices at any time by logging in to our website.

  • Shipping

    Delivery Times

    Orders of in stock items are typically handed over to our prefered carrier for your country the same business day or the next business day at the latest. Processing time depends on the order time and chosen payment method.

    Delivery within the European mainland usually takes place within 1-4 business days.

    Shipping Options and Costs

    Shipping within the European mainland is handled by our prefered carrier for your country and is free for all orders. We also offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.

    Would you like your order delivered to another country, or do you have special requests such as using a different carrier or arranging express delivery? Please contact our customer service team to discuss the available options.

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link. If you have created an account, you can also find the tracking information by logging in to our website.

    If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of placing an order for an in-stock product, please contact our customer service team.

    International Shipping

    In addition to delivery within the European mainland , we provide free shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland.

    If you would like delivery to another country or have special requests, such as using an alternative carrier or express shipping, please contact our customer service team to discuss the options.
